“Nothing is going to bring our little acorn back. This incident was preventable and foreseeable. Just because we weren’t able to foresee it at the time doesn’t mean others weren’t already aware of the negligence. We want safety precautions to be implemented at all businesses to prevent this from happening to anyone else including you and your family. Finnegan is such a joyful, loving, and brilliant little dude and he would want us to do anything we can to make sure that the safety of not only dining at a restaurant but also pedestrian entryways to be protected. Finnegan’s project with anticipated legislation changes including bollards for safety is how we will make a change to prevent tragedies like ours.” - Daddy
